B3 Group Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support our rapidly growing team responsible for the overall support, maintenance and functioning of the Salesforce platform for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Some of the day to day responsibilities to include:
Provide day-to-day end helpdesk support and Salesforce administration.
Create and manage user accounts and groups including security configuration.
Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflows.
Ability to maintain and design advanced Reports, Dashboards and Business Process automation.
Maintaining and optimizing Salesforce customization and development.
Upload data into Salesforce.
Knowledge and ensuring Best-Practice usage of Salesforce.
Diagnose and troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
Help lead the efforts to properly organize and clean-up old Salesforce data.
Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials for users.
In order to be successful in this position, we expect you to have the following skills and experience:
Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)
Bachelors degree required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Salesforce administration or business analyst role
Experience with Sales and Service clouds required
Experience with Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud or the new Lightning user experience a plus
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Desired / Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and/or other federal organizations.
Experience with VA’s VIP Process for software development.
Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum approach.
Preference will be given to those individuals where their primary residency is located in a qualified HUBZone (https://maps.certify.sba.gov/hubzone/map/)
