Busser/Food Runner [Seasonal]- Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort


Job Summary

  • Will be serving at outdoor dining areas located by the pool.

  • Ensure outdoor dining area is cleaned, stocked and well maintained.

  • Help guests select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails; suggesting menu items; answering food preparation questions.

  • Protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies.

  • Perform basic cleaning and restocking tasks as needed or directed by supervisors.

  • Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary

  • Interact with guests and help ensure outdoor dining area is clean and stocked.

  • Assists with cleaning and setting of tables and be able to answer guest questions about the menu in a courteous manner.

  • Knowledge of menu to be able to assist guest with meal selections.


  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • One year food server experience preferred

  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards.

  • Capable of demonstrating good judgment when dealing with guests and staff members.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members and departments.

  • Able to work unsupervised for extensive periods, and to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with guests and staff members.
