Lockheed Martin PLM Manager in Orlando, Florida
This is an L-code management position responsible for the technical excellence of MFC’s ePLM, SRM, Digital PLM, and other enterprise production applications. The selected candidate will demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership management of the systems and the MFC IT technical staff assigned. Responsibilities include managing the SDLC of all components of the applications, managing change, maintaining excellent availability, managing security vulnerability, maintaining user and user management rapport, working with stakeholders to advance the business relevance of each application, and leading the strategic roadmap for the applications. Ensure applications support the day-to-day needs of MFC as well as align with the objectives of the LM Corporate-led Future Enterprise Program (FEP). In addition, the selected candidate will assume key leadership tasks on the dPLM project in support of the Sr IT Manager and the Project Sr Manager in E&T.
Basic Qualifications • Demonstrated hands-on or management experience installing, developing, configuring, deploying, and sustaining enterprise-scale, COTS multi-tier business applications. • Demonstrated experience with integrating enterprise applications. • Demonstrated experience with leading people in IT projects. • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with RDBMS. • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Aerospace and Defense product development and manufacturing processes and systems. • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. • Basic knowledge of Earned Value Management • Working knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence
Desired skills • Experience installing, administering, enhancing, configuring, and customizing an enterprise PLM system. PTC Windchill is strongly preferred. • Experience with EBoM- and MBoM-focused applications • Oracle RDBMS experience preferred. • Experience with managing application in compartmentalized and classified program environments. • Project Management • Experience with integrating applications with SAP. • Familiarity with LM Future Enterprise Program (FEP) • Experience with enterprise service bus (ESB) products.
