Kforce has a client in Orlando, Florida (FL) looking for a Portfolio Reporting Analyst.Summary:This candidate will compile data and reports on the performance of the loan portfolio serviced by the company. The analyst also performs general financial reporting, data mining, and analysis related to portfolio.Essential Functions:

• Prepare monthly reporting loan package(s) for serviced 3rd party loan portfolio(s), using data mining tools and Excel to obtain the required data

• Prepare ad hoc analytical reports requested by management and external clients

• Compile and/or completes due diligence and/or audit requests as needed

• Prepare reports as necessary so management is kept abreast of results and drivers for each deal

• Create data queries using Cognos 10 to support the loan portfolio needs

• BA/BS Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting

• A minimum of 2 years of Financial or Operational reporting experience preferred

• Highly proficient computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office products, emphasis on Excel

• Ability to determine trends and efficiency of operations

• Ability to perform financial modeling and forecasting skills

• Ability to create, report on, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
