JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for marketing communication strategy of marketing campaigns, materials, and programs which require alignment and communication with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Legal, Publicity, etc. Participate in and understand channel sales strategies, and develop annual channel campaigns to align with key initiatives. Define tactics to properly support campaign content for the respective channels to drive overall demand to the channels.


  • Become an expert on the Sales channel products and programs with a solid understanding of the business and marketing goals.

  • Partnering with Sales and Clients to develop messaging strategy and tactics for individual campaigns (including but not limited to Florida and In-Market Sales Channels).

  • Develop communication strategy documents, timelines and subsequent creative fuels and work closely with the Creative teams (internal and external) on the execution of all campaign creative.

  • Planning/development of annual communication schedule and updates.

  • Ensure campaign materials are developed and delivered in accordance with timelines and budget

  • Keeps track of all initiatives with focus on results and key learnings to guide future projects.


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with an emphasis on PowerPoint.

  • Working knowledge of Workamajig workflow system is a plus.

  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.

  • Must be able to write routine reports, business correspondence and timelines.

  • Must be able to effectively present information to individuals and groups.

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in Marketing, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred. EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years industry experience, brand marketing and sales experience preferred, project management required.Your talent, skills and experience will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package.
