This position is located in the Miami Field Division, Orlando, FL. The incumbent will perform the following duties:
Provides administrative and/or procedural instructions to staff for expediting work.
Arranges meeting space and support details for large conferences; arranges hotel accommodations, coordinates transportation to and from the meeting sites.
Manages correspondence operations for an organization with several subordinate levels that are significantly affected by outside conditions.
Provides office automation advice, guidance, and assistance to staff.
Composes correspondence, such as letters of acknowledgement, memos, general office policies, acceptance of invitations, etc.

GS-08: Must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 Federal grade level performing the following duties; utilizing and applying complex word processing, office automation, several types of software, substantive databases and systems (i.e. desktop publishing and graphic applications, to generate specific working documents and forms); preparing confidential administrative reports and correspondence, and providing authoritative guidance to an organization on administrative matters.
TYPING PROFICIENCY:Applicant must be able to type 40 words per minute, with 3 or fewer errors.
